Prescription Refills

Request a refill in under a minute.

Because we do not bill insurance, we can fill most common generics in-house for a few dollars. There are two easy ways to ask for a refill.

Fastest way: scan your pill bottle.

If your medication came from our in-house pharmacy, the label has a QR code. Open your phone camera, point it at the code, and tap the link that appears. Your request comes straight to us, with no form to fill out.

Email your doctor directly.

For non-urgent questions and visit follow-ups, your physician's email is the right channel. Please do not use email for urgent issues, and remember that email is not fully secure, so a call or visit is better for sensitive details.

After Hours

When the office is closed.

During office hours, always start with a call to the office. We can get you in, or get a physician on the line, faster than you would expect.

Platinum and Diamond members have direct text and cell access to their physician for urgent issues after hours, the things that genuinely cannot wait until the office reopens. This is the direct number your physician provided. Please reserve it for the moments you truly need it.

If it is an emergency, do not wait. For any clearly life-threatening situation, sudden severe chest pain, signs of stroke, difficulty breathing, or serious injury, call 911 immediately, regardless of the hour. If you cannot reach your physician promptly during an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room right away.
Labs, Imaging & Referrals

What to expect, and when to speak up.

Your physician reviews every lab and imaging result and reaches out with what it means and any next steps. Most of the time the system works. When it does not, a quick message from you fixes it.

No result in a week?

If a week has passed after a lab draw or imaging study and you have not heard about the result, contact the office. We cannot follow up on something we do not know is delayed.

No call from a specialist in 2 to 3 weeks?

After a referral, the receiving office is supposed to call you to schedule. If two to three weeks pass and no one has reached out, tell us and we will push it through on your behalf.
